Senior Bill Pay is an online bill paying concierge service for seniors and their families to simplify and streamline their accounting concerns.

As part of our onboarding process you can mail, email, text, or fax documents to your account manager. After completing the onboarding process, Senior Bill Pay will receive your bills directly from the individual vendors. You’ll receive less mail, and Senior Bill Pay will issue you a monthly statement to track your payments.
Your account manager will work with you to assess your expenses and create a budget. Any changes in payments will be caught by your account manager who will notify you immediately if it exceeds the predetermined budget.
We offer support by phone or email 7 days a week from a Senior Bill Pay account manager who can answer any question you may have.
Of course! Senior Bill Pay offers a flat fee for up to 10 bills with a small fee for additional bills over 10. Simply call or email us to add or remove bills from your account.
Yes! While our service is designed towards seniors and their caretakers, it also works great anyone who wants a convenient, safe, streamlined bill paying service.
No! Senior Bill Pay is designed to be as simple and streamlined as possible. You can use your existing checking accounts, knowing that your finances are in secure hands. However if you prefer to open a separate checking account specifically for Senior Bill Pay, you are welcome to do that as well.
Many of our clients utilize auto pay for specific bills along with us managing bills which don't have that option, or would not be practical to auto pay for other reasons. With Senior Bill Pay, you have an account manager who will personally vet and review each bill, adding additional security that autopay cannot provide. Senior Bill Pay also consolidates your bills onto one monthly statement, making payments easier and more convenient to keep track of. Senior Bill Pay can also handle all types of bills, including medical bills and copays.
Sharing of Information
Yes, you can authorize specific family members or third parties such as an attorney or an accountant if you would like. When you sign up for Senior Bill Pay, you can add anyone you would like to have authorization to your account. Additionally, you can add and remove anyone at any time.
Yes. Senior Bill Pay is designed to be as convenient as possible to ease the burden on seniors and their caretakers.
Cancellation Concerns
Due to the nature of billing cycles, we request that our clients provide 30 days notice to cancel their services with us.
Your account manager will walk you through the process to begin receiving your bills directly again. We will also destroy any information when it is legally permissible to do so, protecting your information.
Senior Bill Pay will work with the administrator of the estate to close any accounts related to the deceased. Provided that we are sent a death certificate and applicable documentation.
